About the project
Vibecode Academy is our own product: a course on building working products together with a neural network, and the platform it lives on. Not a video course — seventy steps in text, forty ready-made prompts and three end-to-end projects a student takes all the way to payments and deployment.
The task
- 01Build a platform, not a landing page with videos: dashboard, progress, templates
- 02Sell at home and abroad, granting access the moment the payment lands
- 03Passwordless sign-in: a buyer does not need yet another account
- 04Bring people in from search: we sell a course, not a product off a shelf
70
course steps, and as many in English
40
ready-made prompts
5
project templates
16
blog articles in two languages
How we worked
01The course lives in files
Seventy lessons are seventy files on disk, with the English ones beside them under the same names. A new step is a new file, not a database edit; if the English version is missing, the original one is shown and the translation ships in parts.
02A dashboard, not a player
The dashboard holds progress by block, a library of forty prompts, project templates and links. There is deliberately no video: text is searchable and copyable, and scrubbing through a recording teaches nothing.
03Payments and access
Lava.top checkout with separate products for the home market and abroad. Access opens on the payment webhook, and a nightly reconciliation compares our payments against the till — a payment lost on the way is found without the buyer writing in.
04Sign-in by code
No password: you enter an email and get a code. The form answers identically for any address — otherwise it becomes a way to find out who bought the course.
05A blog built on demand
Articles are chosen by measurement, not taste: keyword clusters with no page of ours behind them. The English version is not a translation — it says outright that the measurement comes from the other market, because we have no English-language numbers.
06An extension for Threads
The course ships with its own extension: it collects a Threads feed into a table with filters and export. Thread analysis goes through our server — the model key never goes into the extension, whose files anyone can open in a text editor.

Outcome
The academy runs at vibecode.ac: the course in two languages, a dashboard with progress, checkout, a blog and the extension. The product is alive — we write articles, add templates and fix whatever people get stuck on.

We have not filmed a single video and do not intend to: text is searchable and copyable, and scrubbing through a recording teaches nothing.
