About the project
Balagan is a closed club about viral content: courses on filming, editing, sales and AI, weekly live streams with guests and breakdowns. It used to live in Telegram channels and spreadsheets — lessons were links in a chat, the schedule was posted by hand, subscriptions and referrals were counted by eye. We rebuilt the club as a mini app inside the same Telegram, plus an admin panel that runs it without a developer.
The task
- 01Move the courses from chat links into an app that tracks progress
- 02Show the weekly schedule and live streams where members already are
- 03Count subscriptions, payments and gifts automatically instead of in a sheet
- 04Hand the club an admin panel: content, broadcasts, money and analytics

How we worked
01A roadmap, not a list
Lessons run as a snake through chapters: done, you are here, open, locked. A member sees their next step and how far along they are, not a catalogue of fifty videos.
02Streams and schedule
The club's week lives in the app: guest streams, breakdowns, posts. Recordings land in the materials section with timecodes, and the bot reminds you an hour before.
03Subscriptions and gifts
Payments and renewals run through CloudPayments, and a subscription can be gifted to another member. Time is extended rather than overwritten: paying on top of an active subscription never eats the remainder.
04Referrals with payouts
Everyone gets their own link, and invited and paying members are counted in the cabinet. Rewards go out to a card through T-Bank payouts, and gifts for invitations are granted automatically.
05An admin panel instead of a developer
Eighteen sections: content and lessons, schedule, in-app broadcasts, member CRM, finance and payouts, funnel, analytics and ad tags. Video uploads to storage straight from the panel.
06Wired to the funnel
Sign-ups, payments and gifts arrive from Salebot by webhook, and the app identifies a member by the Telegram signature. The club keeps selling through its usual funnel while access opens itself.

Outcome
The mini app runs on 24balagan.ru and opens from the club's bot. Courses, schedule, subscriptions, gifts and referrals count themselves; content, broadcasts and money are run from the admin panel. The project is live: we keep developing it and fixing what members report.
The club lives in a messenger, so the product opens in a messenger. Members would simply never have installed a separate app.
