About the project
HunterX is a service that measures the labour market instead of a recruiter. It connects to hh.ru, collects vacancies and CVs for a role, and shows what each salary band pays, where candidates outnumber vacancies and where it is the other way round.
The task
- 01Derive a salary range from market data, not from gut feeling
- 02Show the ratio of vacancies to CVs in every band
- 03Fit a short deadline: the client needed a working MVP
How we worked
01One screen instead of manual digging
Role, experience, region and target salary — and the read is assembled at once. Frequent roles sit on buttons: assistant, marketplace manager, logistician, head of sales.
02Broken down by band
The market is split into salary bands, and each one counts vacancies, CVs and their ratio. The band your range falls into is highlighted: you see not an average temperature, but exactly where a role gets filled.
03Findings in words
On top of the numbers the model writes three blocks: the verdict, what is happening in the chosen band, and what to do about it. Not "market data", but an answer to why the role stays open.
04Candidates as links
A separate tab returns direct links to CVs for the query. The recruiter goes straight from analysis into work instead of retyping numbers into search.
05The report as an image
The screen saves as a single file: these reads are usually forwarded to whoever owns the role, and an image travels where a link to an internal service will not.

Outcome
The service was built and ran on the studio's subdomain. A recruiter gets a market read on a role in a minute instead of hand-picking through hh.ru.
