Development for real estate
A property catalogue that does not go stale in a week, and matching that gets a person to a viewing

What we build
- Property catalogue
- Matching by criteria
- Map and floor plans
- Viewing booking
- Buyer account
- Agent panel
What usually hurts
“Sold properties stay on the site for weeks”
Property status lives in one system: once it is off the market it leaves the shopfront on its own, with no manual edit
“People look at ten properties and lose track”
Comparison and favourites: the selection is saved and opens by link, so it can be shown to the family
“The photos all look alike and properties blur together”
The listing is built around the floor plan and the map: what matters is not only how it looks but where it stands and how it is laid out
“Enquiries go to agents and disappear”
A panel with assignment: an enquiry is attached to an agent, with response times and outcome visible
What we account for
A property catalogue is data, not pages: developer feeds and exports have to arrive on their own
Maps and filters are heavy on a phone, so performance is designed in from the start
Price changes more often than anything else, so it is kept as history rather than overwritten
Role-based access: an agent sees their clients, a manager the whole flow
