Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy is compiled in accordance with requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. №152-FZ "On Personal Data" and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure personal data security taken by IE Denis Romanov (hereinafter - Operator).

1.1. The Operator's most important goal and condition for its activities is compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This Operator's policy regarding personal data processing (hereinafter - Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website atoms.technology

• Automated personal data processing - processing personal data using computer equipment;
• Blocking personal data - temporary cessation of personal data processing (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
• Website - a collection of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability in the Internet network at the network address atoms.technology;
• Information system of personal data — a collection of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
• Depersonalization of personal data — actions resulting in the impossibility of determining, without using additional information, the ownership of personal data by a specific User or another subject of personal data;
• Processing personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
• Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal or physical person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (или) performing personal data processing, as well as determining the goals of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
• Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specifically defined or determined User of the website atoms.technology;
• User – any visitor to the website atoms.technology;
• Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;
• Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with personal data, including publication of personal data in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;
• Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
• Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the permanent destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (или) the destruction of material carriers of personal data.

• Also, the site collects and processes depersonalized data about visitors (including 'cookie' files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).

The above data is referred to commonly as Personal Data in the Policy.

4.1. The purpose of processing User personal data is informing the User by sending emails.

4.2. Also the Operator has high right to send notifications of new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse informational messages by sending an email to app@atoms.technology with the subject 'Refusal of notifications of new products and services and special offers'.

4.3. Depersonalized data of Users, collected through Internet statistics services, serve to collect information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.

5.1. The Operator processes User personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the site atoms.technology. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their agreement with this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes depersonalized data about the User if it is permitted in the User's browser settings (saving of 'cookie' files and use of JavaScript technology is enabled).

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fulfill the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection in full.

6.1. The Operator ensures personal data preservation and takes all possible measures excluding access of unauthorized persons to personal data.

6.2. The User's personal data will never, under any conditions, be transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the implementation of current legislation.

6.3. In case of detecting inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email app@atoms.technology with the subject 'Actualization of personal data'.

6.4. The term for personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to personal data processing by sending a notification via email to the Operator app@atoms.technology with the subject 'Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing'.

7.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state where the transfer is supposed to be performed ensures reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be performed only if there is a written consent of the personal data subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or execution of a contract, the side of which is the personal data subject.

8.1. The User can receive any clarifications on interested questions regarding processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator at app@atoms.technology.

8.2. Any changes in the personal data processing policy by the Operator will be reflected in this document. The Policy is effective indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
