Development for travel and tourism
Search and booking that survive the seasonal rush and never show a taken room as free

What we build
- Search and matching
- Online booking
- Payments and deposits
- Traveller account
- Manager panel
- Supplier integration
What usually hurts
“We showed a free room and it was already taken”
Availability is checked at the moment of booking rather than read from a cached page: taken options leave the results immediately
“The site falls over in high season”
Heavy search is separated from page serving and reference data is cached: the rush hits the cache, not the database
“People book and never show up”
A deposit with automatic refunds under the cancellation rules, and the rules are visible before payment rather than in an email afterwards
“Every supplier returns data its own way”
We normalise to one internal format and attach suppliers through adapters: a new partner does not break search
What we account for
Dates and time zones: check-in is counted in the property's local time or the days drift apart
Price depends on dates and occupancy, so it is stored as rules rather than a single number on the listing
Cancellation and rescheduling are part of a booking and are designed in together with refunds
Photos are heavy and are viewed from a phone on the move: image weight affects sales directly
